Coachstyle is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).It is a condition of your contract with COACHSTYLE THAT YOU TAKE OUT insurance for any European / Irish / Channel Islands holiday to cover you in the event of illness, personal injury, or death during the course of your holiday. It is highly recommended that for our British holidays insurance is also taken out. If insurance is declined then you may be asked to sign a disclaimer. We have arranged a very competitive travel insurance with AXA Travel Insurance UK PLC, who are members of the Association of British Insurers, through Chapman Stevens. This is available only to clients who book holidays detailed within this brochure. Only by taking out the insurance at the time of booking your holiday, can you ensure that you are protected by the cover under the holiday cancellation section of the insurance. The full terms, conditions and exclusion clauses are incorporated within the insurance between you, the holidaymaker and the insurers. In the event of a dispute as to the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this insurance, the terms and conditions of the insurance document alone shall prevail. Shown here are brief details only. The insurance document will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking. Below is a brief summary of the cover please see your policy document for full details of cover and exclusions. Of course, you may inspect the insurance document at our offices or a copy will be sent to you on request.

Policy Excess

Loss of Deposit Nil Excess, Cancellation £35 for holidays up to £200, increased to £50 for holidays £200 and over , Medical Expenses, Curtailment and Hospital Benefit £35, Luggage and Personal Money Nil Excess. Excess waiver charge In order to waive the policy excess you may pay a charge of £5 in addition to your policy cost.

Whilst this insurance is not subject to a health warranty, Underwriters shall not be liable for claims

Where at the time of taking out this insurance

(A) The Person whose condition gives rise to a claim (i) is receiving, or on a waiting list for, in-patient
treatment in a hospital or nursing home; or (ii) is expected to give birth before, or within two months of the date of arrival at home; or (iii) is travelling against the advice of a Medical Practitioner or for the purposes of obtainingmedical treatment abroad;or (iv) has been given a terminal prognosis.

(B) The person who is insured by this policy is aware of any adverse state or health of a relative, close business associate or any person on whom the travel plans depend which subsequently causes a claim to arise.

Cooling off period

You should read your policy immediately to ensure it meets with your requirements. In the event that it does not, please return all your documents within 14 days of receipt for a refund of your premium. If during the first 14 days you ask us to perform or provide the services given under this policy then we are entitled to recover all costs you have used for the service provided, if you still decide to cancel within the 14 days period. Please note that after the 14 day period, refund of your policy is no longer valid.
